Refunds will not be issued after May 1, 2019

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations require written notification to BNPPBC at BNPPBC@gmail.com. 

FORCE MAJEURE: In the event BNPPBC should find it necessary to cancel or postpone our annual Conference for any reason, including but not limited to low registration, strikes, acts of nature, war, terrorist acts or other circumstances beyond BNPPBC's control, BNPPBC's liability shall be limited to refund of registration fees (minus any legal, venue or administraitive fees that may be necessary) that are paid to BNPPBC.

Refunds: Refunds on paid registrations will be issued for written cancellation requests received, via email, no later than midnight May 15, 2019. All refunds will be issued for the paid registration minus a $15 administrative fee. Refunds will not be issued after May 16. 2019.

Returned Checks: An administrative fee of $50 will be charged for all checks returned to BNPPBC for insufficient funds.

No Shows: If you do not cancel in writing to BNPPBC and do not attend, you still are responsible for payment.
